FOUR clean vacation rentals. ALL FOUR have comfy beds, well-appointed kitchens, iron boards/irons, full-size W/D, hot tubs, FREE WiFi, TV/DVD players and AC: RAINIER VIEW LODGE (3+ bdrm/2 bath/2,200 SF/max. occ.-8) has luxury, an indoor SAUNA, dishwasher, Wii, crib, high chair, full RV hook-up, fire pit and breath-taking view of Mt. Rainier. BUGLING ELK BUNGALOW (3+ bdrm/1 bath/1,000 SF/max. occ.-7) has a crib, high chair and fire pit. HALL CREEK CABIN (2 bdrm/1 bath/800 SF/max. occ.-6) has a chiminea. MOUNTAINSIDE CHALET (1 bdrm/1 bath/400 SF/max. occ.-3) has great value. LARGE GROUP? All 4 houses are adjacent properties, book 2 houses concurrently, get the smaller one at a discount.
Find all 4 houses nestled back amongst the trees in Packwood. Packwood is situated between Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams, and surrounded by the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, and at the very center of Washington's White Pass Scenic Byway (Hwy 12), "Playground of Volcano Country".
Historic Packwood is considered the dream of recreational enthusiasts, and White Pass Ski Area has 1,510 vertical feet, ski lifts, great family skiing and snowboard programs, terrain for all ages, and all in stunningly beautiful surroundings. White Pass ski area is 17 miles from the houses, 7 miles from the southern entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park, and .3 mile from downtown.

Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in any of our homes! Ash trays are provided outside. Windows and/or doors immediately around the smoker MUST be closed while you smoke! Evidence of smoking will cause the forfeiture of your security deposit as will butts left around the property.
Absolutely NO PETS, are allowed inside OR outside the properties! You cannot bring your pet with the intention of keeping it in your vehicle. Evidence of pets will cause the forfeiture of your security deposit.
Individuals renting our properties must be 25 years of age, and no one under 18 can be left alone in any of our homes at any time.
Occupancy limits must be respected. Occupancy means overnight sleepers and daytime visitors.
Lost key charge - $25.00 (where applicable)
CANCELLATION - If you cancel 31 days or more prior to occupancy there is a $35 charge. Reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to occupancy, no refund will be given for any reason, and include: early departures, acts of God, nature, default/termination, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures, family feuds, death of the family dog, etc.. Telephones are NOT provided at any of the houses. If needed Blanton's Market (.3 mile away) has a pay phone and the fire department is about the same distance away for medical emergencies. Not all cell phones work in Packwood, so check with your company BEFORE occupancy.
QUIET HOURS begin at 10 PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and properties.
Absolutely NO OPEN FLAME DEVICES (candles, oil lamps, or incense) are permitted in the houses. FIREWORKS are not allowed. Evidence of these will cause the forfeiture of your security deposit.
A ski/board waxing area is provided downstairs in the Rainier View Lodge ONLY. All other waxing must be done outside the houses or off premises.
You must abide by all posted Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Sauna rules. They are either located in the Welcome Books or displayed on refrigerator or sauna doors. During high fire season, you must abide by posted BURN BANS issued by the local fire department or fines my be levied!
