Policies/Cancellation Policy:
A 2 night minimum stay is required.
(3-4 nights during holidays and summer until Labor Day)
Rates are based upon an occupancy of 1-6 (maximum) - Flat Rate
A $500 refundable deposit is required upon reservation ($450 security deposit and $50 key/remote/swim tag deposit). Deposit will be charged to your credit card 48 hours before arrival and refunded within 48 hours after departure.
One time non-refundable cleaning fee of $60 per stay is required
Check-in time is 4 PM
Check-out time is 11 AM

Additional Rental Policies
1. No smoking in or around the cabin.
2. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Person renting the cabin must be 25 years of age or older.
4. Cancellation and refund policy - All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $50.00. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be given.
