Policies/Cancellation Policy:
Minimum Stay:
2 nights with the exception of all major holidays when a 3-night stay is required.
Deposit and Payments:
An advance booking deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay (plus tax) is required. VISA and MASTERCARD and personal checks accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be given 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit/prepayment is forfeited. Early departure requires full payment unless we are able to rent the facility.
