Property Overview:
Alpine Retreat is a newer home (2007) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates up to eight (8) people. Included is a well-equipped kitchen, a utility room with washer and dryer, a large living-dining area and lots of windows, a wood stove, and a house-wide deck. A short walk takes you to the Cowlitz River and to downtown Packwood. Close to Mt. Rainier National Park, the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, White Pass Ski Resort, and Mt. St. Helens. Stay with us and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area!
RATES:
Rates and Reservations Summer and Winter Rates (June thru September, December thru March) $110 per night -- weeknights $140 per night -- weekends (Friday thru Sunday) Fall and Spring Rates (April thru May, October thru November) $110 per night -- weeknights $125 per night -- weekends (Friday thru Sunday) Rates do not include tax of 9.7 percent. A cleaning fee of $60 per stay will be charged. A 2 night minimum stay is required. Rates are based on occupancy of 6 people. Additional guests (up to maximum of 8) will be charged $15 per person per night. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at reservation. Checks only.

* No smoking.
* No pets allowed in the house.
* Person renting the cabin must be 25 years of age.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
* Check in time is 4pm; checkout time is 11 am.
* A refundable $250 security deposit is required.
* No cleaning services are provided during your stay.
* There is a one time cleaning fee of $60 per stay.
* Directions and keybox code will be sent one week prior to your arrival. Return the key to the keybox upon departure. There is a $25 lost key charge.
* Please respect our neighbors' property and peace; keep noise down after 10pm.

A 2 night minimum stay is required.

Rates are based on occupancy of 6 people. Additional guests (up to maximum of 8) will be charged $15 per person per night.
