Property Overview:
This is a highly desirable accommodation for up to 8 guests, conveniently located about halfway between Ashford and the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. Wildwood features three bedrooms and two baths. Beautifully furnished with lodge decor and accents, the cabin invites total relaxation the minute you enter. Fragrant pine walls and fir floors combined with a river rock hearth and propane fireplace ooze warmth and serenity. The hot tub and outdoor deck surrounded by mountains and trees are the perfect backdrop for a memorable holiday. Internet is now available!
RATES:
$195 for the first 2 people, $25 for each additional person, per night. Children 12 and under FREE. $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit.
Policies/Cancellation Policy:
1. Occupancy and Payment. The occupancy rate for the Property shall be $195 per night for the first two people, $25/night per person thereafter up to a maximum of 8 guests. A refundable security deposit of $200 is payable at the time of making the reservation. The total occupancy rate is due thirty (30) days before the check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, providing that all conditions to do so are met. Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard. No smoking is allowed in any buildings, or within 25 feet of buildings.
2.Check-In and Acceptance of the Property. It is the Guest's responsibility to promptly notify the Manager of any dissatisfaction of the Property.
Arrival and Departure Time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. No exceptions shall be made unless authorized by Manager in advance.
