Located in a 1910 refurbished train car, the Pizza Express offers visitors freshly baked pizza by the slice or by the pie.
Visitors can enjoy their pizza in the open-air outdoor covered seating area. Seating is limited to seasonal options in outdoor covered areas for up to 40 people, parking is free.
Locally owned and operated the Pizza Express is available for hire to provide catering to groups and private events in the Elbe, Ashford area. This pizza restaurant is located at Mountain Hwy. E, in Elbe, Washington on the main thoroughfare on the way to the Nisqually Entrance of Mount Rainier National Park.
After enjoying a meal visitors may want to walk next door to see the historic little white church, the depot of the former Mt. Rainier Railroad, and Alder Lake. The Pizza Express operates seasonally, please note their business hours are subject to change. Winter 2020 Closed Monday and Tuesday. Open Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Sundays from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST.
